企业视角下高职生职业能力评价模型与应用

摘    要:针对高职生“就业难”这一现象,从机械制造企业视角,对高职生的职业能力要求进行分析、归纳,建立了一个由26项指标组成的四级实用评价模型。用此模型对随机抽样所得15名高职生的职业能力进行了分析评价,得出了评价结论。可以为高职院校旨在提高学生职业能力的教学改革指明方向。

Abstract:By analyzing and summarizing on vocational ability requirements from the perspective of enterprises, this paper establishes a praetical evaluation model with 26 indexes at four levels. By this model, the author analyzed and evaluated the vocational abilities of a random sample of 15 students from higher vocational colleges. This evaluation model can emp give a guide for the direction of reform for higher vocational colleges, to enhance students' vocational ability and the loyment rate.
