也谈“知者乐水仁者乐山”

针对《知者乐水仁者乐山》一文以中西文化差异性来否定法治的必要性，紧迫性的观点，提出：在法治不足，人治有余而又迫切需要法治之时，我们应该呼唤法治而不是排挤它，更不应借口文化差异，国情不同而否定它，在法治过程中由于诸多因素的影响，难免也会产生一些消极现象，但它如同任何其它事物一样，总有一个不断发展与完善的过程，因此，我们应该以比较宽容的态度去看待法治，兼容法治。

A Study of "Zhizheleshui, Renzheleshan"

This paper makes a research of Zhizheleshui,Renzheleshan,which uses the differences between the Chinese culture and western culture as an excuse to deny the necessity and emergency of ruling our country by law.To counter this viewpoint,the author advances that we should call for rule of law when it is lack and rule of virtue is plentiful.We can not elbow it aside because the cultures are different.Being influenced by the many factors,the unhealthy phenomena are hard to avoid in the process of ruling by law.But things develop ceaselessly,so we ought to treat rule of law with tolerant attitude.
