| 摘 要： | 近年来，中美两国的贸易关系发展迅速，但中美贸易的发展并非一帆风顺。其中两国的贸易逆差问题、纺织品贸易问题、美国对华反倾销和反补贴问题、知识产权保护问题和美国对华出口管制等问题成为两国贸易进一步发展的障碍，需要双方共同努力解决。

| Abstract: | Recent years trade relations between China and USA have developed very fast, but there still exists some obstacles. Trade deficit issues, textile trade issues, anti-dumping and anti-subsidy issues, intellectual property protection issues and US export control issues have become the main barriers. It needs the concerted efforts of the two countries to solve the problem. |
