| 摘 要： | 在对现有知识整合理论简要介绍和评述的基础上，本文将自主技术创新中的知识整合过程划分为五个阶段，分析了各阶段知识整合的发生机理，并通过案例予以佐证。最后，文章提出了一个基于知识整合过程的动态管理模型。
