| 摘 要： | 健美操运动是人们喜爱的体育运动项目,也是实现<全民健身计划纲要>重要途径之一.本文根据健美操特点,对语言和音乐在教学中的作用与影响进行了探计,认为其有效地影响或改变学生心理和行为,这对提高教学效果,保证教学质量奠定了坚实的基础.

| Abstract: | Aerobics is a popular sport among people.It is one of the most important ways to realize the National Fitness Program.According to its characteristics,this paper aims to hare a brief analysis on the role and effect of music and language in teaching.The purpose is to affect and change psychology and activities of students effectively.At the same time,this research will benefit the improvement of teaching effect and ensurement of teaching quality.Moreover,it will become the substantial base of development for whole people's physical quality. |
