| Abstract: | Among the students there widely exist vague understandings of psychological factors of creative ability. This paper briefly introduces the relations between creative ability and intelligent and non-intelligent factors; and on the other hand, it points out the effects of intelligent and non-intelligent factors on developing and fostering creative ability. |
