| Abstract: | The necessity and significance of practicing the credit system in higher education are briefly introduced,the purpose of carrying out the tutoring and assisting study system in the situation is analysed,and the demands and responsibilities of tutors are explained.The effective ways to build and carry out the insurance system of the tutoring and assisting study triumph under the condition of credit system are presented. |
