| 摘 要： | 通过对期刊的两种管理方式——传统的手工管理方式和ILAS连续出版物子系统计算机管理方式在期刊管理工作中的具体应用和比较，表明用ILAS系统管理期刊，无论在读者的检索、查询利用上，还是在馆员的工作上比传统的管理方式都具有无可比拟的先进性。不过，ILAS系统在期刊订购、现刊登到等方面尚存在一定问题。

| Abstract: | The article compares with the two kinds of periodical management, traditional manual method and computer automatic method using the series system of ILAS, indicates that the system is superior to the other in readers' retrieval, inquiry and librarian's work, and it also points out some problems that exist in the system. |
