| Abstract: | Curricular implementation is a key point of the curricular reform. However, there are many factors affecting the implementation. Such factors include the general qualifications of the teachers, and social environment, apart from the current systemof education, and the measures of reforms. The writers of this paper, therefore, find it considerably helpful to explore into those factors for the sake of the progress of our curricular reforms and experimentation. |
