| 摘 要： | 变革高考录取标准,实现由"高考成绩录取标准"向"多元发展录取标准"的合理过渡;变革高考报考机制,实现由"单向报考"向"双向报考"的合理过渡;变革高考招生权限,实现由"国家统一计划招生"向"高校自主负责招生"的合理过渡;变革高考招录模式,推行"整体综合招录模式";变革高考监督体制,建立健全"中国特色"的高考监督机制。
