| 摘 要： | 由于多方面的原因,民族地区农村居民的科技素质依然很低,因而进一步提高民族地区农村居民的科技素质是建设新农村必须面对的一个重要课题。而目前科技传播却存在着经费欠缺、人员素质低、技术人员滥用以及推广模式方法简单、粗暴,传播中缺乏整体考量、盲目上项目、追求形象工程、缺乏责任心等问题。要快速、有效地推广科技、提高民族地区农村居民的科技素养有赖于这些问题的有效解决。

| Abstract: | Owing to many factors,the residents'quality of science and technology in ethnic areas is very low,so how to improve the quality of science and technology is an important task to build a new countryside.Problems are occurring here and there in this field,such as tight budget,low quality of staff,brief and rough ways of popularization,lacking an overall point of view in the course of popularization,taking projects blindly,pursuing imagery engineering,and irresponsibility,etc.In ethnic areas,the key to popularizing science and technology and improving parents'a quality depends extremely on the resolving of these problems. |
