| Abstract: | The service for local places is one of the functions of the colleges and universities,so local colleges and universities should take advantage of the advantages of talents resources,research strengths and equipment and keep up with local government's sports policy about cultural construction in order to solve the problems in local sports culture construction,which would build a harmonious society. |
