论高效合作学习的教学策略

摘    要:多数研究发现合作学习是一种高效的教学策略。为了进一步提升合作学习的效果,在合作学习实施之前,学校、教师和学生需要做好充分的前期准备。在教学过程中需要充分应用有效的教学和管理策略,教学后需要及时进行评价认可和教学反思。为了大规模地推广和应用合作学习,必须从内部优化合作学习机制,简化方法程序,从外部创建适合其运作的环境氛围,并加以逐步推进。

On Teaching Strategies of Efficient Cooperative Learning

Abstract:Most researches have proved that cooperative learning is an effective teaching strategy.In order to raise the effect further,schools,teachers and students must be prepared for cooperative learning adequately.Teachers need to use effective strategies to teach and supervise students in classes, give timely appraisements and encouragements to students and make reflections on cooperative learn- ing.In order to popularize and apply cooperative learning on a large scale,on the one hand,we must optimize the mechanism and simplify the methods and procedures of cooperative learning;on the other hand,we should create the condition and atmosphere for the operation of cooperative learning and advance it step by step.
