| 摘 要： | 在对诚实信用的内涵及其作为道德伦理准则的内容进行分析的基础上,笔者重点讨论了诚实信用在法律领域中的意义与功能,说明了诚实信用原则存在并可被适用于普遍的社会境况与人性之中,法治领域也不例外。

| Abstract: | In this paper the author expressed her understanding of the essence and contents of "good faith" as an ethical principle. Then she paid a lot attention to study the significance and function of the principle of good faith in legal are-a. Finally she drew her conclusion that the principle of good faith is applicable in a general social environment and human nature, legal area included. |
