| 摘 要： | 随着竞争环境日趋复杂,现代企业面临的风险日益增多,实施全面风险管理,建立科学的企业全面风险防范机制,是现代企业求得生存与发展的关键;以问卷调查方式分析了企业全面风险管理现状,指出其中存在的问题,并提出合理化建议。

| Abstract: | With the complication of competition environment, modern enterprises encounter more and more risk.It is the key for the modern enterprises' survivorship and development to carry out enterprise-wide total risk management(ETRM) and defend mechanism.Based on the investigation,this paper analyses the current status of overall risk management of enterprise,points out the problems and gives some reasonable suggestions. |
