我国当前高校师德师风建设的挑战与应对策略

当前高校师德师风建设取得了良好的成绩,其主流是好的。但我们也要看到,部分教师忽视自我修养及政治学习,职业道德水准下降,集中表现在以下几个方面:职业生活重心偏移;育人意识淡薄;学术腐败现象屡有发生。其应对策略是:高校教师要努力提高"爱岗敬业、尽职尽责"的自觉性;学校和教育行政部门要多搭建平台,激励教师建功立业;国家应尽快构建起严格有效的反学术腐败的约束机制。

Boosting the Morality and Uprightness of University Teachers: Challenges and Countermeasures

In the present bid to boost the morality and uprightness of university teachers, a majority of university teachers have proven to be morally good, capable and upright. However, there is no denying the fact that some university teachers have shown a downward tendency in their self moral cultivation, political awareness, and professional ethics, which can be typically manifested in their shift of professional ＂ center-of-gravity＂, their shallow awareness in student education, and the frequent occurrences of academic corruption. To solve these problems, first, university teachers should enhance their spirit of ＂professionalism and devotion, as well as commitment and conscientiousness＂ ; second, universities and relevant educational authorities should build favorable platforms for u- niversity teachers where they can bring into full play their best potentialities; and third, the state should speed up the construction of a rigorous and effective supervisory mechanism so as to counter the ubiquitous practice of academic corruption among university teachers.
