孤清之竹

孤竹，有两种意思，一种是孤生之竹，这种竹子极为难得，在上古时期人们将其制成“孤竹之管”，成为祭祀的重要乐器，也成为后人向往的能演奏出奇妙音乐的乐器。另一种意思是孤竹国，这是个北方边远的小国，但却出了两位极为有名、影响中国几千年的人物——伯夷和叔齐。而后代“孤竹”这个概念常是融合了孤生之竹与与孤竹二子两者的品质，并且士人在咏竹时常把一般的竹子当做孤竹来赞美。孤竹是中国传统文化的一个质点。

The Bamboo of Solitary and Clean

＂Solitary Bamboo＂, there are two kinds of meaning. One is orphan of the bamboo. This kind of bamboo is extremely rare. In ancient times,people used it to make solitary bamboo - pipe that became an important ritual instruments with which the later people hope to play wonderful music. Another means is ＂Guzhu State＂ - a small country in northern remote, but out of two very well - known people who affect China for thousands of years - Po I and Shu Ch＇ i. In later generations, ＂ Solitary Bamboo＂ syncretizes the solitary bamboo and the characteristics of the two recluses. Furthermore, the poet often regard the ordinary bamboo as ＂Solitary Bamboo＂. Therefore,＂ Solitary bamboo＂ is an important image in our traditional culture.
