成人教育若干问题浅析

我国成人教育近年来在得到迅速发展的同时,由于起步较晚、经验不足等原因,特别是近年来受到社会大背景和教育改革中的一些不利因素的影响,致使成人教育出现了诸如概念混淆、管理混乱、教学质量下滑、生源萎缩等问题。能否解决好上述问题,将影响我们国家能否快速地迈向学习化社会的步伐。

Analysis of Some Factors of Adult Education

Recently,adult education has been developed rapidly.Meanwhile,for the reason of latestarting and lack of experience, especially in recent years by social background and some unfavorable factors of education reform,resulting in the problems such as:the confusing concepts,chaotic management,the decline in the quality of teaching and the source of students has been shrinking,etc.To solve these problems above will be the key points of our country moving rapidly toward the learning Society.
