| 摘 要： | 教师的理念直接影响教师自身的成长和学生的成才。为了培养新世纪需要的人才，加速我国社会主义现代化建设，高校教师应及时转变教育观念，形成新理念。本文针对21世纪高校教师创新教育理念的重构提出一些看法。
