| 摘 要： | 通过对工矿企业、科研院所、个人、机关团体四类创新主体在我国获得授权的发明专利的维持时间、权利要求数、审查时间和发明人数方面的分析，得出结论：平均维持时间和权利要求数均值均依次减少的顺序是工矿企业、个人、科研院所和机关团体；平均审查时间依次减少的顺序是工矿企业、科研院所、个人、机关团体；发明人数均值依次减少的顺序是科研院所、机关团体、工矿企业和个人。
