| 摘 要： | 从治理国家来说，胡瑗认为君臣交而天地成，所以治理国家必须注重君与臣的同心、臣与臣的合作，做到上下协力，众贤同力；从事业发展来说，胡瑗认为众人助而事业兴，要想取得事业的成功，必得气类才德相合者的帮助和支持；从个人的成长与发展来说，胡瑗认为左右师而已得裕，要求人们要有虚心的学习态度，要善纳人言。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of ruling a country,Hu Yuan believes that if the ruler and officials cooperate well the universe will be harmonious. Therefore ,ruling a country requires the cooperation of ruler and officials,officials＇ mutual efforts. From the perspective of the career, he believes that career will be more prosperous with people＇ s mutual contribution. From the perspective of individual development, he believes that education as well as learning will help the most so people should be well motivated to learning and free to suggestions. |
