| 摘 要： | 目前工商管理专业人才培养模式在教学内容、课程设置、教学方法等方面存在很多问题，集中体现为学生能力的欠缺和能力发展的不均衡。要培养创新型人才，必须密切关注市场需求，以能力培养为突破口，按照知识经济发展趋势和工商管理教育的发展规律，进行改革与创新。

| Abstract: | The writer aims to discuss the problems in teaching content, curriculum design, and teaching method for the training patterns of business administration, which are reflected in students＇ deficiency and imbalance of capacity-building. To cultivate creative talents, training approaches and methods should be reformed and renovated in line with market demand, knowledge-based economic development and principles in business administration. |
