| 摘 要： | 师范教育是整个教育的基础,它由高师院校来完成。高师院校由于师范性质决定了它的特殊性,在筹措办学资金上缺乏市场化竞争,因而应弱化市场竞争,建立可持续发展投资新模式,为高师院校提供资金保证,实现高师院校可持续发展。
