缄默知识和体育教学中的缄默知识现象

摘    要:缄默知识是英国学者波兰尼于1958年首次提出的1个概念。20世纪70年代后缄默知识理论引起了英语国家各种管理人员以及一些心理学家,社会学家的关注并开始在西方流行。现在缄默知识理论已经波及到了人类文化几乎所有重要的方面,如科学、伦理、政治、法律、经济、教育等并产生了重要的影响。但是目前缄默知识理论在体育教学中的应用还不多见。文章简要地介绍了缄默知识及其特征和作用,对体育教学中的缄默知识及其作用进行了粗略的分析,为人们认识体育教学中的缄默知识提供借鉴。

Abstract:Tacit knowledge is a concept which was first brought forth by the English scholar Polanyi in 1958.After 1970,tacit knowledge caused the intention of many administrators,psychologists as well as sociologists,it became popular.Nowadays,the theory of tacit knowledge concerns almost all the important aspects of human culture,such as science,ethics,politics,law,econemics,education,and it has a great influence on them.However,little application of tacit knowledge has been seen in physical education.This paper introduces the tacit knowledge as well as its character and function,analyzes the tacit knowledge and its function in physical education,and gives reference to people in knowing tacit knowledge in physical education.
