民办高校学生管理模式的调查和分析

笔者对西安五大万人民办高校的学生管理模式进行了调查和分析,揭示了民办高校采取封闭式学生管理的原因。随着社会动因的变化、家长观念的改观、高等教育目标本质要求的强化、学生个性发展空问的膨胀。这个结果也应发生变化,即民办高校仍旧全盘实行封闭式学生管理已不合适宜,没有科学依据。

A Survey and Analysis on Management Pattern of Student Lifein Private High Education Institutions

The author has conducted a survey and analysis on the management pattern of student life in five big private high education institutions each with over ten thousand students in Xi' an, and brought to light the causes for the adoption of closed management of student life by private high education institutions: a result of mutual restraint and balance of the essential relationships among market, parents, students and the goal of high education. This result changes correspondingly along with the change of social motives, the transformation of parents' concepts, and the strengthening of essential demands of the goal of high education and the expansion of the room for the individual development of students. That is, it is inappropriate to the occasion and departs from scientific foundation for private high education institutions to continue to carry out the closed management of student life uncritically.
