| 摘 要： | 在决策过程中,企业家机会和风险的感知直接影响机会的把握和实现。从企业家机会和风险的共存性出发,分析在判断性决策过程中影响企业家机会和风险感知的因素,从机会和风险的角度构建企业家决策的概念框架。

| Abstract: | The perception of entrepreneurial opportunities and risks directly influence seizing and realizing the opportunities during decision process. This article began with the coexistence of the entrepreneurial opportunities and risks, analyzed the factors of the entrepreneurial opportunities and risks' perception, made the conceptual framework of entrepreneurial decision in the light of both opportunities and risks. |
