国外连续出版物发展态势与国内对策研究

出版物也是知识生产力的体现。本文在国内即进入WTO背景环境下，以国外连续出版物为研究对象，主要引用了国际期刊联盟（FIPP）及相关的统计数据，通过归纳分析，概括了国外连续出版物趋势主线，且提出值得重视的多样化、数字化、中心化、全球化、法制化等方面的具体内容，文章同时与国内相关情况进行适当比较，指出存在弱点，最后针对性地提出几点建议，目的是促进中国科技进入国际大循环。
