| 摘 要： | 《大学生体育合格标准》和《全民健身计划》的颁布和实施,标志着我国体育事业进入了一个新的历史发展时期,同时也给广大体育工作者提出了一个新的课题。如何改进原有的体育模式,建立有利于发展高校体育的机制,增强学生体质,培养他们终身体育锻炼的意识,提高自我运动能力,形成具有中国特色的体育教学新体系是今后体育教学工作中十分重要和迫切需要解决的问题。
