| 摘 要： | 全球化浪潮使各国文化的“全球性”和“根源性”双重意识迅速强化，世界文化呈现出两个层面的发展趋势，各国既有文化合作和交流，也注重维护自身文化特色；文化竞争力成为各国综合国力中重要的软实力，要应对全球化带来的挑战，必须发挥好大学及其文化的重要历史使命。

| Abstract: | Globalization makes the double senses of globalization and root strengthen rapidly in every country's culture.The developing trend of the world's culture presents on two levels.There are both cultural cooperation and exchanges,and the maintenance of their own cultural characteristics.Cultural competitiveness has become important soft power in comprehensive national strength.To deal with the challenges posed by globalization,the great role of university and its cultural mission should be played. |
