| 摘 要： | 2010年初以来,东北亚诸多热点因素先后激化,地区安全局势起伏不定,对中国国家安全构成了严峻挑战。本文认为,东北亚安全困境将持续存在,大国博弈趋于激烈,地区热点问题短期内难以消除,中国未来战略走向对东北亚安全具有实质性影响。中国应以国力增强为基石,保持有理、有利、有节的温和形象,锤炼勇于担当的锐气,着力维护东北亚和平稳定和促进地区发展繁荣,积极扩大战略空间,促成符合自身核心利益的地区安全框架,为中国顺利成长为世界大国奠定坚实的地缘基础。
