| 摘 要： | 技术性贸易壁垒(TBT)已成为发达国家实施贸易保护主义更为隐蔽、更为有效的手段。作为中国第三大贸易伙伴的欧盟,其实施的两项电气环保指令WEEE(2002/95/EC)和ROHS(2002/96/EC)对中国的出口产品质量要求和售后服务等方面将产生重大影响,我国应从加大人力资源培养、加大技改力度和建立相关法制经济经济模式等方面采取有力措施,才能应对这两项指令的影响,确保我国相关企业的发展,提高国际竞争力。

| Abstract: | Technical Barrier to Trade,simply TBT,has become a more effectiveand hidden way for developed countries in complementing their trade protection.As China's 3rd trade partner,EU and its various TBTs have seriously impeded Chinese export,especially mechanical and electrical appliances.However,the influence is dichotomous.The paper is focusing on the analysis to the two instructions,namely WEEE(2002/95/EC)and ROHS(2002/96/EC),which are newly born from EU,and also stressing its influence on export products and enterprises,and finally the countermeasures within this circle. |
