摘    要:教育改革的本质问题是教育改革理论研究的基础和核心问题,它规定着教育改革理论研究的边界和范围,规定着教育改革理论的内在规定性和外在差异性。教育改革具有公共性、渐变性、广泛性、滞后性、价值性、保守性、不可控性、难评价性等特点,教育改革可以从时间、发起对象、改革内容、改革方向等维度进行分类。

Abstract:The essence of the educational reforming,which is the base and the central issue of the research about the Educational Reforming,it limit the boundry and the scope of the research and define the rules of education’s essence and the differences from other’s activites.The educational reforming has those feature that are public,gradual,widely,hysteretic,vaule,conservative,uncontrollable,unfaithful of the evaluation,it also be categoried by time,objects who launch the educational reforming.,contents and ways of the educational reforming
