1．分层教学产生的客观必然性
近年来．由于种种原因，进入职业院校学习的学生文化基础不尽人意。文化基础存在着较大的差异，并且这种情况还会继续延续下去。当前我国职业院校生源存在的问题不仅仅只有中国存在．世界上的其他国家也同样存在。在欧洲一些国家，职业教育被人们戏说为没有门槛的教育。
