科学发展观的理论解析

从社会物理学的角度出发，对于科学发展观的理论透视，要求必须提取出发展的本质，即寻求推动发展的“动力”，维系发展过程的“质量”，实现发展结果的“公平”。同时，从衡量发展行为的系统学出发，定量评估该复杂系统的“发展度”、“协调度”和“持续度”，进而获取这个三维度量的交集最大化，定量地判别国家和区域践行科学发展的能力和水平。本文建立了科学发展观的理论框架，同时提出了识别科学发展观的动态方程组，希望能够深入揭示出科学发展观的内涵和价值。
