| 摘 要： | 组织文化是组织的重要资源 ,具有普遍性、间接性、综合性、无形性和渗透性等特征 ,对社会成员和社会有导向作用、约束作用、凝聚作用、激励作用、辐射作用。学校的学风是组织文化的一种具体形式 ,对学校的每一个成员有导向、约束、激励等作用 ,亦是学校的发展动力 ,是学校的重要资源。学校学风建设方法有人本方法、特色建设方法和系统方法等。
