| 摘 要： | 目前我国学术界存在的财务管理目标各有其优缺点及适用条件。笔认为，在遵循一定原则的前提下，我国企业应选取利润最大化目标，但需要对过去的观念做必要的修正，同时考察一些辅助性指标。

The author proposes that, complying with some principles, Chinese enterprises should choose the goal of maximizatio n of profits and revise the past concept properly, meanwhile, review several s ubsidiary targets. |
