| 摘 要： | 本文在比较安全过滤和用户过滤两种应用的基础上，着重讨论了用户过滤及其相关技术，文章认为，影响过滤系统性能的关键因素在于用户建模的准确性、对信息内容的语义理解以及匹配算法的选择，并就此提出针对性的解决思路。
