| 摘 要： | 企业文化建设对于企业发展具有十分重要的作用.在我国,企业文化建设应该和思想政治工作密切配合,同时,一个企业的文化建设必须抓住其实质内涵,在企业文化建设共性的基础上突出自己的个性,并上升到企业目的层面,不能简单地当成一种手段.

| Abstract: | The enterprise's cultural construction has played the extremely vital role in the development of the enterprise.In our country,the enterprise's cultural construction should work closely with the thought of politics.Simultaneously,one enterprise's cultural construction should focus on its substantive connotation,highlight its own individuality in the enterprise cultural construction,rise to the level of enterprise goal,not simply be taken as one method. |
