摘    要:简述了油酸酰胺丙基甜菜碱的合成方法以及其酸液变粘机理。通过酸岩反应实验建立变粘酸的酸岩反应动力学方程。实验结果表明:进行60℃变粘酸与碳酸岩动态反应实验时,酸液浓度在10%左右,反应速率出现峰值,变粘酸粘度随着盐酸浓度改变对反应速率影响很大;变粘酸在酸岩反应的整个浓度范围内反应速率与浓度不呈线性关系,并求出了5%~10%、10%~15%、15%~20%三个浓度段反应级数以及反应动力学方程。

Abstract:This paper briefly describes the synthesis method of oleic amide propyl betaine and mechanism of variable- viscosity of acid fluid. Acid/rock reaction kinetics equation of variable - viscosity acid is developed through acid/rock reaction experiments. The results show that: at the dynamic reaction experiment of 60℃ variable - viscosity acid and carbonate, the acid concentration is at about 10%, reaching the reaction rate peaks; and viscosity of variable - viscosity acid varies with the changes of hydrochloric acid concentration, having great influ- ence on the reaction rate; it is determined that reaction rate of variable- viscosity acid does not have a linear relationship with concentration in the whole concentration range of acid/rock reaction, and reaction order of three concentration scopes 5 % - 10 %, 10 % - 15 %, 15 % - 20% are obtained as 1.121, - 2.032 and 2.881 with the reaction kinetics equationsrespectively.
