遂宁古近代茶文化简论

具有“剑南之大镇”之称的古代遂宁地处巴蜀要冲,是茶文化比较发达的地区。巴蜀之茶上贡朝廷,下卖边关,是重要的经济作物。遂宁先民亦曾努力尝试种茶,但规模始终不大,所饮之茶以“输入”为主。唐宋时期,饮茶之风在遂宁民间日渐兴盛,以茶为礼,以茶养性,以茶会友,以茶敬客,积久成俗,茶馆文化也日渐发达。

On Tea Culture in Ancient and Modern Age in Suining

Located in the center of Sichuan and knownas the big town of Jiannan, Suining is one of the developed districts for tea culture. The tea from Sichuan which is supplied to the government and sold to the frontier districts is an important cash crop. The ancients in Suining have striven to cultivate teas, but the scale is small and the tea in Suining was still depended on import. In Tang and Song Dynasties, there was a fashion of having tea in Suining and people considered tea as propriety, the way of cultivating temperament, and treating friends and guests. After a long time, having tea becomes a social custom and the tea culture is developed.
