| 摘 要： | 教育硕士作为一种新规格的专业化教育人才，其培养过程不仅需要新的课程体系，而且需要新的教学智慧，这对高校教学的经验性权威是一种冲突。锐意改造教育硕士专业学位教育的教学理念，重新认识教育硕士的实践性职业性特征，换位辨析其实践经验基础和进行应用研究的优势，建构适应性的教学策略，是高校应有的理智选择。
