| 摘 要： | 我们提出一个地区的人力资本投入等于这个地区人均产出除以产业工人的平均工资，并用统计数据测算了我国31个省区不同产出水平下的人力资本投入水平。揭示了我国各地区的人力资本利用投入和有效利用系数表现出东部地区明显高于中西部地区，中西部地区则没有表现出明显的区域的差异，中西部经济发展的一致性至少部分原因是人力资本利用不同造成的。同时与受教育年限对比，发现用这种方法测算人力资本是相比合理的。

| Abstract: | We propose the aggregate output divided by the wage rate of the industrial laborer in a province as a measure of the aggregate human capital input for that province. We use this method to compare the human capital inputs for 31 provinces of diverse output levels. We find that human capital input differs between the eastern, central, and western parts of China. This is the reason why there are the regional development differences in China. |
