| 摘 要： | 高等职业技术院校英语课程应该遵循“实用为主，够用为度”的指导思想。因其独有的特色，高职院校英语课对英语教师提出的要求也有别于本科院校。重视高职院校英语教师的职后培训和职前培训同等重要。
