| 摘 要： | 为了提高血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)121的免疫原型,文章用戊二醛一步偶联法将VEGF121与HSP65偶联形成HSP65-VEGF121复合物,并研究其免疫学效果,结果发现HSP65可以提高VEGF121的免疫原性,但抗肿瘤效果并未显著增强.

| Abstract: | To enhance the immunogenecity of VEGF121,we conjugated it with HSP65 by glutaraldehyde.The immune tolerance of VEGF121in ICR mice was overcome by the conjugates.Anti-VEGF121 antibodies were detected by ELISA and Western blot.However,no significant inhibition of the growth of S180 was observed. |
