| 摘 要： | 随着田径教学的改革，田径课程教学的目标由传统的以竞技为主向以娱乐健身为主转变，教学对象的思维形式也从形象思维发展到逻辑思维，与此相适应，教学活动也应从行为教育向思维教育发展。
