高校本科学生担任工科课程教学助教的探索

学生助教在西方国家是一个成熟的理念,有着悠久的理论与实践基础。但在国内学生助教的教学模式还不完善,处于实践的初期。本文主要从学习金字塔最有效的学习方法出发,从教授他人的学习方法引出与之相契合的学生助教的教学模式,并从学生助教提出的背景,实施的具体方法及对象、优势、案例分析与评价等方面进行分析。让高校本科学生参与工科课堂,担任学生助教的探索,既可以提供学生一个巩固学习的机会,又可以缓解教师的辅导压力,对教学监督也起到促进作用,从而使教学达到更佳的效果。

On College Undergraduates Acting as Teaching Assistants in Classes of Engineering

The undergraduate assistant is a mature concept and it has a long theory and practice history in the West. However, it is immature and still in the early stage of practice in domestic.
