摘 要: | 学生助教在西方国家是一个成熟的理念,有着悠久的理论与实践基础。但在国内学生助教的教学模式还不完善,处于实践的初期。本文主要从学习金字塔最有效的学习方法出发,从教授他人的学习方法引出与之相契合的学生助教的教学模式,并从学生助教提出的背景,实施的具体方法及对象、优势、案例分析与评价等方面进行分析。让高校本科学生参与工科课堂,担任学生助教的探索,既可以提供学生一个巩固学习的机会,又可以缓解教师的辅导压力,对教学监督也起到促进作用,从而使教学达到更佳的效果。

Abstract: | The undergraduate assistant is a mature concept and it has a long theory and practice history in the West. However, it is immature and still in the early stage of practice in domestic. Based on the most effective learning technique of Learning Pyramid, this article leads to the teaching pattern of undergraduate assistants, which corresponds to the learning technique of teaching others, illustrates the background of introducing undergraduate assistants, methods and objects of the study, the advantages, the case study and the assessment, etc. Making undergraduate students participate in classes of engineering and act as undergraduate assistants, which does not only offer opportunities to students for consolidating knowledge, but also pervision, thereby gaining better teachin~ effects. ease teachers' pressure and promote teaching su |
