多元文化背景下高职生价值观教育创新

摘    要:笔者通过调查多元文化背景下高职生价值观现状,分析总结了高职生价值观的特点。面对高职生价值观特点,要想提高高职生价值观教育成效,需要创新高职生价值观教育的理念、目标与方法,即要更新教育理念,真正确立"以人为本"、"和谐发展"、"科学系统"的观念,增强高职生价值观教育的合理性;构建富有层次、取向明确的高职生价值观教育目标,强化高职生价值观教育的针对性;创新教育方法,增强高职生价值观教育的有效性。

Innovation of Values Education or Higher Vocational College Students in the Multi- cultural Background

Abstract:To grasp the present situation of the HVC students' value system, the writer sur veyed about 1000 HVC students in Wuxi E park, questionnaires were employed and interview was also adopted. In the light of the status quo and the characters of the HVC students' value system, the higher vocational colleges must strengthen the education of value system. First, we should up date our education idea, establish people oriented, harmonious and scientific education concept, reinforce the rationality of the HVC students' value education. Second, we should construct struc ture clarity and richly layered aim of the HVC students' value education, and at the same time, intensify the targeted the HVC students' value education. Third, we should innovate the way and method of education of value system. For example, method of emotion identified can reinforce the i dentification of the socialist core values, penetration method can have a subtle effect on the HVC students' value education, communication method shows the equality of the educator and educatee, method of experience oneself can highlight the subjectivity of the students. By the above methods, the effect of the HC students' value education can be improved greatly.
