| 摘 要： | 胡锦涛总书记提出的以“八荣八耻”为主要内容的社会主义荣辱观,对市场经济条件下社会主义道德价值体系做了全面概括,明确了新时期社会主义精神文明建设中所应追求的价值目标和价值取向。而界定社会主义荣辱观的道德价值范畴、建立健全社会主义荣辱观的宣传教育机制和评价激励机制、构筑社会主义荣辱观的道德活动平台则是建立健全社会主义荣辱观践行机制的主要途径。

| Abstract: | The socialism honour or disgrace based on Hu Jintao's eight glorious,eight disgrace generally summarized the socialism moral value system under market economy condition and made the target and value clear in socialist cultural and ideological construction.Main approaches to build a perfect system of socialism honour or disgrace are to bound the moral value category,build the propaganda and education mechanism and incentive mechanism of morality and construct a terrace for socialism honour or disgrace. |
