| Abstract: | The cultivation of information and communication technology （ICT） literacy is the important part of quality-oriented education of undergraduate in normal university. On the base of analyzing the actuality of ICT skill of undergraduate in normal university, this paper discussed the nature and constitutes of ICT, and also put forward the tactics to improve the cultivation of ICT literacy of undergraduate in normal university. |
