| 摘 要： | 运用制度经济学、管理学等理论,对单项运动协会改革动因及管理效能进行学理性阐释。认为:单项运动协会是市民社会构建过程中不可或缺的体育组织,能有效弥补政府失效与市场失灵,更好地配置体育资源;单项运动协会是体育市场上特殊需要的供给者,也是政府体育管理职能转变的理想载体。

| Abstract: | The theories of system economics,managology,etc.were applied to expounding the reformative causes and administrative efficiency of single-event sports associations.It held that single-event sports associations were indispensable sports organizations in the process of constructing civil society,which could effectively make up for the inefficiency of government and market failure and make better disposal of sports resources;single-event sports associations were the suppliers of special requirements in sports market,as well as an ideal carrier of the change in government's sports administrative functions. |
